Dear officer,
I would like to know how to update my passport number in this apps, I just updated my passport number via email and it succeeded but my passport number in this apps hasn’t updated yet. I have to check my visa progress via website because this issue. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance 🙏

  Kindly be informed that the student is required to uninstall and install the Mobile apps. If the issue persists, we request that you drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot or screen recording of the error, along with your details.
