Dear officer, it’s been now 11 days since my application is stuck at 5% and all my friends told me that it’s unusual, I’d like to know why it takes so long, and when will it progress…My class will start in 4 weeks and my university said I have to be in Malaysia 10 days before registration day please speed up the process
