Dear Officer, my application number is #########, my passport number is E2135143. My application is progressing to 90% today but it remarks as ‘your passport without student pass is ready for collection by your institution’. What does this mean? Thank you.

  Hi. Please be informed that the passport is returned without a student pass due to incomplete documents from the institution. Kindly liaise with your insititution for further clarification. Thank you. Have a good day.
