Dear Officer

My name is LinZhishu, my matric no is GS62011, and my passport no is EC3920698. I’m a PhD student from Modern Languages and Communication faculty. Major in mass communication.

The purpose of my sending this message is to ask you to help my renewal progress to proceed faster to 50%, it is now only 20% because I have to go back to China to collect data on the 1st of February and the ticket has already been bought. I am now afraid that I will not be able to get my passport and leave smoothly on the 1st of February if I hand in my passport, can you please help me to see my progress and can you speed it up a bit.
