Hello,
When getting selfie for Digital ID, I get Liveness error all the time. Can you please help me

  Kindly be informed that you are required to uninstall and install the EMGS mobile apps. Kindly ensure that the selfie taken must be real at present time and not a snapshot of any form of photos. If your selfie cannot be verified, it means the selfie does not match with the photo you have uploaded into the application. Please recheck the details entered to ensure that it belongs to you and not of another user.
