Dear Officer,
Can you follow up my case. I need to cancel my active application please. And you will find all requested information in below. I really need and appreciate it.
My passport number is R189252 and my case is “We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with this application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to this passport number (Reference no: BVP/STU/14321/#########/1 11/11/2022). The institute is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled.”
My status is 30% yellow.
