Dear EMGS officer,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a PHD student enrolled in the September 2020. My Passport number is EJ1144561.

I am currently in the process of renewing my visa, and as per EMGS requirements, I need to upload my English certificate. I had initially submitted my IELTS report on December 18,2023, but it was rejected, I think the reason is my IELTS report has expired.

Due to Covid-19, I have not been to Malaysia before the year 2023, this is my first time applying for student visa renewal. I would like to clarify that while I obtained my IELTS report in September 2020, However, despite the expiration, the university has granted me a full offer, which I believe serves as evidence of the validity of my initial IELTS report.

So are there any other ways to address this issue? Can University provide some explanation and clarification?

I am very anxious and looking forward to your reply and help.
