Hello EMGS Officer,

My application just reached 30% thankfully (Passport no. P09572814, Application no. #########). However, I got a notification that said “We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with this application as the immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to this passport number (Reference no: BVP/STU/14321/#########/1 26/09/2023). The institute is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled”. My institution (Sunway College) has yet to respond. I received this error although my last application was cancelled and that was confirmed by an EMGS officer. I would like assistance on this matter.
