Hello Officer,
It is to inform you that my passport picture is printed like this by the passport office but EMGS rejecting my scanned passport first page.
They say your picture doesn’t match with the photo you gave. I had just shaved my head its the only reason EMGS is rejecting, its been a month my progress is still on 15%. Please do me a favour I’m really worried.
