Good Afternoon, I need an advice on my wife’s visa . My wife is using UNHCR card and we have a son married for a while. Now I’m doing my master and I want her to be on my independence visa. I want to know if her over stay is been cleared,
1.will she be able to apply for independence visa 2she will be blacklist and have to exit
3. Have to exit without blacklist and come back with my invitation.

  We are unable to provide advice pertaining to the blacklist clearance, as it is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
