Dear EMGS Officer,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the prolonged processing of my visa renewal application (Case No. 2403936). As a final year student at Taylor’s University, I applied over 60 working days ago and the process is currently stalled at 80%, awaiting endorsement from the Immigration Department.

This stage typically concludes within 14 working days, yet it has now been 18. My impending travel to my home country on the 8th necessitates urgent resolution. Both my university and I have submitted all required documents to expedite this matter.

I respectfully request your immediate attention to expedite the processing of my student pass and return my passport. The delay is particularly distressing in my final semester.
