My name is KANGXIAONUO，and Passport no EJ2724528. I applied for renewal and the process started for over 8days with progress is still 0%. One notification said my application has been completed and with refund involved. But the Progress on emgs Is still 0%. May i have a ask am i still in the right progress？ When could my progress up to 20%？ LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR REPLY. Thank you！！！！

  Based on our records, we have received your renewal application on our system. However, the application is currently pending proof of payment from your institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with your institution and request them to submit the payment for further processing.
