Dear emgs officer，
My name is LongChuang,my passport number is ek3005823,my application has been stuck for a month since I submit my passport in my school visa unit for special pass.I want to ask you if you can highlight my application?I already book a ticket back to china next week,so I’m in great need of my passport,hope you can help me with it.Thank you!

  Hi Long Chuang,
  
  Based on our records, we received your passport on the 09th November 2023 for the student pass endorsement process. Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. Student pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. It is not advisable for you to make any travel arrangements before you receive your passport.
  
  We assure you that we will notify your institution once we receive an update on your passport.
