Dear EMGS officer,
My name is Md Robin and my passport number is A04488953. I have submitted my visa application on the 9th of November. I have not heard from the visa office since then. Can you please kindly let me know the update of my application status? Is shows 70% on my profile. What does it mean? Please help.

  Hi Md Robin,
  
  Based on our records, your VAL was approved by the Immigration Department on 13th June 2023. If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia, you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
  
  However, if you are from a country that does not require the SEV, you can proceed to arrange your travel to Malaysia.
  
  Kindly contact your institution for further clarification on this matter.
