Hello i would like to ask what this means and what’s the next step The EMGS supporting letter for your Student Pass has been issued to your institution and they will be arranging for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office. Kindly refer to your institution for further information.

  In the event that your institution chooses to obtain the student pass directly from the state immigration department, EMGS will issue the supporting letter for the endorsement. Once the supporting letter is issued, the institution is required to liaise with the Immigration Department directly for the submission of the passport. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
