I hope this message finds you well. My name is Chen Qiutong, a Chinese international student from New Era University College. My passport number is EJ5466376, and my application number is #########.

I am writing to remind you that my passport has been with the immigration office for 14 working days. Did you know that it has been almost two months since I submitted my passport to the school? These past months have been quite challenging for me. Upon checking the progress, it is at 90%, and the immigration office has already issued the passport.

On November 21st, I have an extremely crucial trip that is of paramount importance to me; it could signify everything.
