Salam Alikum,

I’m having an issue viewing my student
i-kad card and my health insurance card on EMGS app, the problem I’m having it showing after I click on profile next to the digital ID > then I click on Int’ student card & insurance card it gives me this error
” your student details have been already verified on another device ” I tried on my both of devices but it’s the same problem can you please urgently fix it, my name is: ABDULKAREM ALI, my passport number is: 08906078

  Hi, did you receive a physical iKad and insurance card ? If so, from where?

  We have rectified the issue. You may uninstall the EMGS mobile app and reinstall the EMGS mobile app for further processing.
