Dear Officer,

I’m sorry to bother you. My name is Zhu Shuhui and my passport number is EL1057293. I’m an international student from upm.

On November 6, I received the email from EMGS request me to submit a new photo and a new offer. I submitted a new photo and contacted the school immediately. The school replied that they had provided an explanation letter.

However,my EMGS progress has been at 32% for three days. Thus, I would like to know if I still need to submit any additional materials.

My teacher requires me to enter Malaysia before November 20, so I am very anxious. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me.
