Dear EMGS officer, my name is Lu Xiyan and my passport number is EK5203941. My student visa was already 15% on October 16. It’s been three weeks now, it’s stuck at 15% and it’s yellow. My application institution has submitted the supplementary materials, could you please help me check and follow up? thank you
