Dear Emgs officer
My passport number is BP6326521 and my process of study visa is active since 19 October and still stuck on 5% I’ve contacted the university and they said that they have provided all the relevant proof to emgs and it’s upto emgs to review my application.

Kindly let me know what’s the issue and how long will it take to resolve thanks.

  Based on our record, the application is pending for the submission of the payment from the Institution. As such, kindly request your Institution to upload the proof of payment in order for us to resume the application.
