Good morning sir,
We have been waiting for 4 days, my friend even processed it on a holiday, but why is my progress still 32%, my friend’s progress is progressing fast, I beg you, I’m already very late for studying at University Kebangsaan Malaysia,
Can it be increased to 35%? I really beg you. I took a lot of courses there

  Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 17th of October. The VAL issuance takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
