Dear Officer, I am Handoko, passport number X2514642. My application is rejected and I dont know why? What should I do? Thanks

  We are sorry to hear about the rejection of your application. We are yet to receive the VAL rejection letter from the Immigration Department. Once the rejection letter has been issued, liaise with your institute to submit a request for the VAL rejection reason if it is not stated in the letter.

    Thanks, hopefully there is something I could do reapply for the visa
