Hi officer,I submitted my passport a few weeks ago, but my process always stopped at 90% with no progress, I have a very important trip the day after tomorrow that requires a passport, and hereby request you to expedite my processing in order to facilitate my travel and Other subsequent procedures to be handled.My information are following below

  Hi Sun Jinlong,
  
  We understand your concern. However, your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport.
  
  Please allow the Immigration Department time to process your application. The Student Pass approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. It is not advisable for you to make any travel arrangement before you receive your passport.
