Dear Sir,
I am Muhammad Ghali Aliyu with passport no of A12104569 from Nigeria. I tried to retrieve my insurance card via EMGS mobile App but is saying “My information has been verified on another device”. Yes I have changed new phone, please help me solve this issue, that is to retrieve my insurance card via EMGS Mobile Application.
