I come from a single parent family and with the support of my mother and all my savings, I left my stable job just in order to seize the opportunity to study at UKM Malaysia. Now the tuition fee has been paid, but the visa progress has been stuck at 35% since September 18. Now I not only cannot go abroad, but also have no way to choose and attend classes. I was told that absence may affect my GPA and average score, and even my graduation. All in all, I really need your crucical help to expedite my special pass application.

Hi Zhou Zirui,
Congratulations on the approval of your application. If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
However, if you are from a country that does not require the SEV you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia.
