Dear @emgs,
my passport number is EK0261227. I have submitted an application for a student visa with EMGS application number E#########.
My application progress has increased from September 21h to 35%. However, I got not progress until now.
I have booked a flight to Malaysia on October 6th, could you help me deal with my visa process as soon as possible. Now it is urgent, please help me check what happened on my visa processor highlight my name?

Kindly be informed that your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
