However, after waiting day after day, the waiting time that should be 7 to 10 working days has been extended indefinitely. I understand the limitation of your work scope.   We understand your concern. However, we have escalated your application to the Immigration Department to expedite the process. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.
