    Dear @EMGS officer,
    My application is stuck at 32% my classes have started already. Please send it to the immigration as soon as possible or else my university will defer me if I cannot enter Malaysia within 9th October. Please help me through this situation and try to understand the depth of my problem. Thank you

      Hi Afifa,

      Kindly be informed that your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. Be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7 – 10 working days. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

        I have my previous visa can I enter and start my classes? I am really anxious. And one of your officer said that I can enter with my previous visa and start my classes is it true?
