Dear EMGS officer,

Selamat pagi, hope you have a wonderful day.My name is Li Zhengyuan, passport number EK1425841,Application Number: E#########. I started applying EMGS since AUG23th and the status was In Progress with Immigration since Sep08th.

I do apologize for disturbing you and I do understand it takes 7-10 workdays for the process, yet I only got my PHD offer from UM by AUG22th and my supervisor don’t like to delay our first meet in Malaysia because he do have an important meeting to attend so I really need to meet him by early October. I have bought a flight on Oct 4th to KL and it can not be refund or changed for now.The meeting date with my supervisor is approaching and I still have lots of things to be done before I can set off. So, with great regret, I am begging for your kindly help,please help me checking my application status with the immigration. it really means a lot to me.
