Hello @EMGS,

My name is SAFAT SAFAT MOHAMMAD. My passport number is AH766909. My application number is E#########. I started my application on 09/09/2023 and document checking started at 12/09/2023. I emailed EMGS on 16/09/2023 and then my status was updated to needing additonal documents from the institution. The duration in the offer letter was different from the application form. For some reason when I was intially filling in the form details the course duration on the EMGS application was set at 36 months even though on the offer letter it was mentioned to be 24 months. The system did not allow me to change that during the initial application. Please fix the system for future applications as this caused uneccessary delays.

This caused a delay and a new document was submitted by the institution on 18/09/2023 which EMGS did not receive until 19/09/2023. Again my documents had to be vetted and my status is now at 32% on 22/09/2023. Could you please expedite the submission to immigration so I can receive my eVAL and leave for Malaysia within the next couple weeks.
