Dear EMGS
Good day to you.
I have been communicating with your unit concerning my application at EMGS. The progress status stopped at 15% with open issues for a week. I have sent all what had been requested but still nothing has been updated.
I have been ask to submit additional documents such as Transcript and certificate, which I did it but still nothing has been updated.
Please help me to resolve these issues.
