Dear EMGS Officer, my name is Shofi Futri Pratiwi. My passport number is ########. My EMGS now is 15%. Could you increase the progress to 80% in two or three days, so that i can apply the visa. In fact, the course will start soon, and i need to attend the class physically. I have to go to Malaysia before October but the progress still stuck in 15%. I hope you can help me so that i can join the class and go to malaysia very soon. Thank you

  We understand your concern. However, we are in the midst of processing the application. Once the vetting of your documents has been completed, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department for their approval. As such, we are unable to guarantee if the application can be approved within 2 or 3 days.

    it’s been 2 weeks since i do the payment. But it still not submitted at the immigration I hope you really can help me to expedite it
