Btw the percentage is green and it’s 32%. Even after i got the email. And there is no notification on the website or in the app . It’s Only an email.
In this situation there’s someone files your university should Submit it to the immigration to move for 35%

I don’t know what’s the file but the information that i know when the percentage is 32% that’s mean the college have to submit some file to the immigration to carry on your application. You have to contact with college or the office which you submitted the application through him so that they could communicate with the university and the immigration office.
For my it was stuck in 32% i called the office that i submitted through they contacted the college and the immigration and in the same day my application moved to 35%.
