Dear EMGS officer
I have renewed my passport as per EMGS request and submitted, my previous passport validity was 13 months and not 18 months , now i’m trying to check my application status from the application but i cannot , because the passport number is changed, how can i update my passport number in the app, please check,
Old passport number:A17941337
New passport number:B01897914

  You may track the application with the new passport number, as we have amended the new passport number on your application. For the EMGS mobile app, you may uninstall the app and reinstall it with the new passport details.
