When u receive eval, go to Malaysian embassy for reference number and stamp, take KL flight and then KL to Khota bharu flight, you will get everything in usm health campus, no need to go ro Penang

You are required to wait until the Immigration Department issues your visa approval letter (eVAL). Once the eVAL has been approved, you are required to apply for a single entry visa (SEV) if you are from a visa-required country.

We are unable to guarantee that the endorsement process will be completed within a week of your arrival, as the approval to issue the student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Kindly note that the iKad will be issued within 14 working days of your student pass issuance.
