Dear Officer,
Dear sir/ Ma’am
I am a Progressive student of Phd program & submitted my passport 14 Aug in my institution. My old passport got 1 year validity, So I submitted old passport and my new passport. My old passport I already have cancelled from our Embassy. But its sorrowed that it still doesn’t update emgs status. My emgs status is 80% till 17 Aug. Please solve the issues as soon as possible.

  As per checking, we have submitted the documents for the VAL correction to the Immigration Department. However, there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL amendment, and approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify you once the amendment process is completed.
