Dear officer:
One week ago I got the phone call from EMGS. The phone said I need to finish my around 1 thousand RM to push my application renewal to beginning again. But until now I didn’t receive any email to give me the account. My passport number is E78106972. What should I do now? Coz just wait it’s really waste time. I am worried about this. Please be quick. I am looking forward your reply. Thanks.

  Based on our records, we have received a request to reopen the application from your institution. Once the application is reopened, we will notify the student and institution of the additional payment required to resume the application’s process.
