Dear EMGS officer my passport number is B01490540 and my application has stuck in 15% for a long time even though I’ve provide all the additional documents still. Please help to look into it because resumption date is approaching and I will still need to apply for SEV.

  Please be informed that your documents are ready for submission to the Immigration Department for VAL approval. Rest assured, we will notify the student and Institution on the application progress via the EMGS system accordingly.
