Dear EMGS Visa and Passport Department staff，
My full name is Hou Xuan, my passport number is ########, and my EMGS application number is E#########. I have noticed that the progress of my student visa application has not changed after the regular processing time (1-4 working days). If possible, could you help me to speed up the process. If there are any problems, please contact me to make corrections or add additional documents in a timely manner.

    I understand that EMGS has to process a large number of visa applications and delays may occur due to busy schedules. However, it is my sincere wish to receive the visa decision as soon as possible so that I can make accommodation arrangements, book my flight to Kuala Lumpur and complete other necessary preparations in time for the commencement of my studies.
