Hi EMGS officer.m, my passport number is B01490540, my application require more information which my Institution already sent it since 31/07/23 but it’s not updated yet In my portal still and it’s about 5 days now and the case number is 2302860 please help look into it because of time. Thanks

  As per checking, the Institution requested to update the course name on our system. However, we are yet receive the amendment request to amend the course name on your application. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution for further assistance on this matter.

    Thanks for your response always. I don’t know if my institution is already aware they need to send amendment request after their first email requesting you to update the course please and If they are not sent any email please how can I explain to them for them to understand what’s meant by amendment request since you also said they asked EMGS to update the course name on your system so is it that they don’t include which course they changing to in their email or what please . Thanks
