Today I go to my university they are telling that we have applied your passport for special visa and now they will submit to you after 2 3 days but i have submitted them around 18 days ago with valid visa on my passport but they are delaying so is there any chance i can get visa early

  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
