Dear EMGS officer,
My name is Fatimah Alsolaili and my passport number is A17941337. I start my medicine bachelor’s degree at my university on september 1st; however, my visa application status is only at 15%. The history of my application says that I have pending additional documents (the full page passport and the picture). I resubmitted my full page passport and new picture to the university, and was informed by the university that they have resubmitted those documents on the 31st of July and that the app takes 5 business days for the application status to update, but the application issues on the app for those pending documents is “open”. I would like to ask, what does the application issue being “open” indicate, and can you please urgently check if the resubmitted documents (the passport and the picture) were received and if so, please update my application status as soon as possible as my studies will start very soon.
