Hello dear emgs

My name is suhayb I’m student of unikl university
I started my visa renewal one month but my issue is I didn’t get my insurance card yet .

I’ve asked many times office international students my university
They told emgs has already stopped giving insurance card for international student and I see the picture of my insurance card inside my emgs application

When they show me the invoice of visa renewal application most of the money I paid was insurances card I would like to know what is the reason I can’t get my insurance

  Please be informed that Etiqa Family Takaful Berhad (EFTB) is not issuing physical medical cards for policies purchased through EMGS. Students are required to download the Smile App from Google Play or the App Store. The students who choose Etiqa insurance will not be charged for the insurance card delivery fee.
