1) The student’s on the academic transcript/certificate does not tally with the student’s passport details page. The institute or student is required to provide an attestation letter from the student’s embassy / governing authorities pertaining to this discrepancy.

I would like to clarify that there has been an official name change after completing my Bachelor’s Degree. The transcript I submitted might not reflect my current legal name. Please explain me what should i do?

  If there is any discrepancy in your name on the academic transcript and passport details page, you may submit the attestation letter from the embassy or governing authorities pertaining to this.
