Dear EMGS officer,
I hope you are doing well.
I have been waiting for sevaral months for my reopening application, but there is still nothing changed. Is there still a hope to make it in progrees? What should I do to be able to travel to Malaysia as soon as possible? Appreciate your help in advance.
