Dear EMGS officer,

my application has been stuck on 15% since 6 July and it has been showing no progress since the day i applied. there was an issue with one of the documents in the middle which caused the status to turn yellow but we quickly resolved it and since then, there has been no progress.
Can you please look into the issue further? Because i already booked my flight tickets mid-august and i’m afraid my VAL won’t reach 70% before my flight.

My passport number is C9277265 and i greatly request your consideration.

  We understand your concern. However, we are in the midst of processing the application. Once the vetting of your documents has been completed, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department for their approval. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
