Dear EMGS Sir/ Madame,
I have received EVAL Approval from EMGS portals. However, my semester begins in October. Should I enter Malaysia as soon as possible or within 1 week of September? If I will apply for SEV in my country, I have to get
Approval within 3 days. SEV Has 3-month validity. What should I do? I need appropriate
guidance.

  Congratulations on the approval of your VAL application. You must ensure to enter Malaysia with a valid VAL and SEV. However, you may liaise with your Institution to confirm on your arrival date as they are in the best position to advice about it.
