Dear Officer,
My application status has been stuck at 15% for the last 4 days. My flight is in about 20 days and I still haven’t received the EMGS approval letter or E VAL. Please provide me with an approximate time that I can receive this information. My passport number is N9016992. Thanks and Regards.

  We understand your concern. However, we are in the midst of processing the application. Once the vetting of your documents has been completed, we will submit the application to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, we are unable to provide an exact time for this process as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
