Dear EMGS Officer
My passport is K2693413R. Thank you for helping to get my eVal approved this July. My Masters programme begins late September and my Uni informed me to delay my travel to Malaysia to about 1 week before. Will there be any problems if I enter Malaysia earlier – maybe on 1 August – to get my Student Pass endorsement and to get Dependent Passes for my wife and 3 children who are relocating here for the next 2 years? I understand it will take about 3 to 4 weeks for the Student Pass endorsement to be approved by the immigration; if I enter in September the course will already begin and my endorsement will still not be ready, right? Any issues if my endorsement comes in late?

  Kindly be informed that you are required to liaise with your Institution to confirm your arrival as your student pass will be issued by the state Immigration Department and not the EMGS Immigration Department.
