Dear EMGS officer,

I hold the passport number C9277265 and i’m currently waiting for your response to my email regarding the error in my application form (the course duration in the system does not match the one in my offer letter).

My application status has been stuck at a yellow 15% since 11 July so I would really appreciate it if you could further look into the issue as soon as possible.

  Please be informed that your application is pending due to the confirmation required for course details from the Institution. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution for further assistance on this matter.

    I have already communicated with my institution (UTP) regarding this and they have confirmed with the Ministry of Higher Education that the course duration mentioned in the offer letter is indeed the correct one. Hence, we cannot provide EMGS with this document.
    
    UTP has already sent the amendement request to emgs a couple of days ago but it seems like it has not been received since i keep getting notifications regarding the same issue.
